Our Handbook will help you understand our business more

Each of our Business Partners receives a Handbook, which has several sections explaining each of the various aspects of how each of our products and services work.

The Handbook is very much a working document.  It has been designed so that our business partners can use it as an easy to follow reference tool.  There are sections kept exclusively for correspondence, reports, claims, training and administration procedures.  The Handbook has been designed so that each section can be kept up to date with regular updates becoming available via the GLP PartnerNet.
