Customer Surveys

Our policyholders measure our performance.  All customers using any of our services or products are surveyed and the results are regularly reviewed by management to determine how our skills can be improved and the service bettered.

We make these results also known to you at any review meeting so that you can best judge whether we are meeting the service standards you have laid down.
