Sales Training
We train your field, telesales and counter staff to sell more of our products.
Your staff are then taken through the fundamental aspects of how to sell through the benefits of the product not the features. Examples are discussed.
Role play is often used to demonstrate how a sales person's positive attitude and language can help achieve a sale.
A company certificate is issued to all individuals attending the course which usually lasts about an hour and a half.
