Product Training
An in-depth understanding of the product, market specific, and how it works.
Your staff are then taken through each area of cover with actual case histories to help explain how the cover operates.
The technical aspects are kept to a minimum but some key areas are identified.
A session is provided towards the end of the seminar for Q&A.
A company certificate is issued to all individuals attending the course which usually lasts about an hour and a half.
